Beginer Workouts

  1. Push-ups-3 sets of 10 reps
  2. Squats-3 sets of 10 reps
  3. Planks for 30 seconds

Cardio Workouts

  1. Runnig-20 minutes
  2. Jump Rope-10 minutes
  3. Cycling-30 minutes

Strength Workout(Training)

  1. Bench press-4 sets of 12 reps
  2. Pull-ups-4 sets of 12 reps
  3. Deadlift-4 sets of 4 reps
